Make sure you are there, ready to go and on your bike at 6.45pm sharp.

You must bring your bike in good working order and have water, energy gel, pump, spare tube(s), multi-tool and wear appropriate clothing, Jeans/runners or football/beach shorts are NOT a good idea!
